Some pages on Parcelio show an ad from Google AdSense to signed-out visitors and free accounts: the county pages, the learn articles, the calculators and a few marketing pages. Google can set cookies and use what you do on other sites to choose those ads. California law calls that sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Turn it off here and those pages stop loading Google's ad code in this browser, so no ad is shown and Google sets no ad cookie through our pages. Paid plans never see ads anywhere, so there is nothing to turn off on a paid account.
